Alert Level 4 – Customer update Business Continuity Plan

We would like to update you on our plan of action to maintain business continuity following the Government’s Alert Level 4 announcement.

Along with being committed to the health and well-being of our employees and their families during Alert Level 4, it is also our top priority to continue to provide you with your usual level of service when you place an order with us.

As we are an essential service provider, in order to support your business, here’s what you can expect from Unipak:

1. Our staff will be available either by phone or email during normal work hours between 8am – 5pm to receive your product orders or respond to your queries.

Note: Most of our employees are working remotely. We have a handful of essential employees operating from our Head Office in Whanganui. All employees are following Unipak’s workplace COVID guidelines to stay safe.

2. Strong stock levels at hand

3. When you place an order it will be processed as normal and delivered as per your standard delivery time frames.
