‘Enter to win a $500 Food Packaging and Hygiene Hamper’

By entering Unipak’s “Enter to win a $500 Food Packaging and Hygiene Hamper” competition at the Unipak Fine Food Show, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open to all registered attendees of the Fine Food Show, at the ASB Showgrounds between Sunday 13th June to Tuesday 15th June.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Sunday 13th June at 8am and concludes on Tuesday 15th June at 5.00pm.
3.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants must provide their Fine Food visitor’s badge to Unipak Staff who will scan the barcode on the badge.
3.3 Eligible entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter each prize draw only once per unique business name.

4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be three (3) prize draws and three (3) winners. Each winner will receive one prize hamper, as set out below.

4.2 The prize consists of:

4.3 The three (3) winners are not required to be present at the time of each draw. The prize will be sent to each prize winner’s place of business, provided to us on notification of winning the draw and within (2) weeks of the draw date.

4.4 In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter permission to use any photographs taken in Unipak’s marketing.

4.5 The winner of the prize must be over the age of 18 as at the date of the draw.

4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.





5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be three winners in total drawn who will each receive one (1) prize consisting of a $500 circa Food Packaging and Hygiene Hamper. One (1) winner will be drawn daily at 4pm at the Fine Food Show between Sunday 13th June and Tuesday 15th June.
5.2 Where the winner is not present at the time of the draw, they will be notified by a phone call or email on Thursday, 17th June.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.2 Unipak Ltd will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Unipak Ltd & affiliates will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw;
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Unipak Ltd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
